Riding the Waves

A photo album of our trip to Southern Utah, August 19 and 20, 2006

This motor coach trip took us to the beautiful Tuacahn Amphitheater to see South Pacific on the evening of August 19, and Bryce Canyon National Park on August 20. We also saw the Iron County Museum, with its amazing collection of artifacts from early settlers of Southern Utah. The links below are roughly in chronological order.

Garden House Brunch - A delicious buffet. 

 

Iron County Museum - Amazing artifacts from early Mormon settlers who thought this area would be a source of iron.

 

Buffet Dinner - A nice buffet.

 

Tuacahn Amphitheater - A packed house viewed Roger and Hammerstein's incomparable South Pacific.

Inspiration Point - Trail leads up (climbs) to various lookout points.
